Due to the limited capacity of the Yip Kit Chuen and Yuen Yuk Hing Hall, each graduate will only be allowed to invite TWO guests to attend the Graduation Ceremony at the Hall. Link for live broadcast will be available (and continue be accessible after the ceremony) on this website for the guests to witness the graduation on the Ceremony day.

Graduates are required to confirm attendance of the Ceremony on or before Sunday, 3 November 2024 (11:59pm) by clicking HERE. Graduates who do not complete the registration by the deadline would be regarded as NOT attending the Ceremony.

Upon completion of registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your University Outlook account. You can view your submission record and make changes by logging into the system HERE again before the deadline.

Guest e-tickets will be sent to the registered graduates by email in late November 2024.
