[Online Registration] Graduation Ceremony 2024 on Wednesday, 4 December 2024 and Thursday, 5 December 2024

On behalf of the University, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the Graduation Ceremony 2024 to be held on 4 December 2024 (Wednesday) and 5 December 2024 (Thursday). Attached please find the invitation card for your retention. Please refer to the Graduation Website 2024 for more details.
- Registration for Attendance of Graduation Ceremony 2024
Please register online at https://ecampus.hsu.edu.hk/uss/ on or before Sunday, 3 November 2024 (by 11:59pm) to confirm your attendance. A confirmation email will be sent to your University email account upon successful completion of registration. Please be reminded that graduates who do not complete the registration by the deadline will be regarded as NOT attending the Ceremony.
- Guest e-tickets
Each graduate will be allowed to invite two guests to attend the Graduation Ceremony at the Hall. The guest e-tickets will be sent to the registered graduates by email in late November 2024.
- Academic Regalia
Graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to dress in full academic regalia (with gown, hood and mortarboard). Please click here for the specifications and details of purchase/rental of academic regalia.
- Collection of Certificates
Graduation certificates are available for collection in person by presenting your HKID at the Registry Office (except for Summer Term graduates, whose certificates will be ready in late October). You may also collect the graduation certificate together with the Awards and Co-curricular Achievements Transcript (ACT) at the Auditorium on the day of Graduation Ceremony. - Graduate Employment Survey 2024
To facilitate the planning and development of the University, the Student Affairs Office (SAO) would like to invite you to complete the Graduate Employment Survey before you register online for attending the Graduation Ceremony.
